Just Health are excited to ship orders worldwide. We use Australia Post to ship all our orders. If you would like another method (e.g. Fedex or DHL), this is available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
We have a few different shipping methods available:
Air Mail - this contains NO tracking information, or confirmation of delivery. It is an unregistered method of post, and therefore Just Health do not take responsibility for items delayed, or lost, during transit. Please note this method can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you choose to ship via Air Mail, refunds will not be available if the order is lost.
Registered International Mail (available up to 2kg) - A highly reliable form of international shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 12 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities. Includes confirmation of delivery.
Express Post International - Available for orders up to 20kg, and includes signature on delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 10 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities.
Customs information: Just Health will not be held responsible for pacakages refused or held by customs for delivery.
In order to avoid customs issues, we advise that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed, returned or even destroyed. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
If your order is returned to us due to banned or restricted products, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or because no one accepted the order at delivery we will refund (at our discretion), with the following conditions:
- the product cost will be refunded, provided the products are in resaleable condition, less a 20% restocking fee
- shipping costs will NOT be refunded
- the return shipping cost will NOT be refunded
Refunds will be approved at our discretion. Items which we have ordered in for you may not be refunded. This includes high value items. Refunds will only be granted once the goods arrive back at the Just Health warehouse.
Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost. Also, refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.
