Anti-Snoring Nasal Dilator & Mouth Guard

The nasal dilator and mouth guard is a natural way to stop snoring. It is made from food grade, non toxic EVA material. The nasal dialor will help maximise airflow to the nasal passage whilst the mouth guard will allow the tongue base muscles as well as the lower jaw tissues to straighten up to clear the airways and eliminate snoring.

To make the mouth guard fit your mouth properly, first boil the mouthguard and bite down on the guard (as you would with any other sport mouth guard).

This anti snore device is extremly easy to use and store. There is four nasal dilators of various size and a single mouthguard that measures approximately 4.5 by 6cm (which suits someone with small to medium size mouth) and comes with a storage case.

it was hard to adjust to using this but after a week it was alright. didn't end up using the mouth guard as much as the nose thing alone worked for me.

I wasn't sure whether I should get the nose clip only or the one with the mouth guard so I got both. It works wonders! It was hard to use at first but I got used to it. My wife can have a good night sleep.
