I have recently become a huge fan of the Chia pudding. It is unbelievably quick and easy to make, and tastes delish!

Vanilla Chia Pudding

 

‚Äč‚ÄčIngredients (serves 2)

Directions

  • Pop all ingredients in a jar and give a quick stir
  • Put lid on jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds - 1 minute
  • Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, overnight is preferable. 
  • Devour and enjoy!!

My favourite toppings include some cut up strawberries, natural yogurt, goji berries, blueberries or just by itself.
