Shipping & Delivery
Just Health are happy to offer free standard shipping (with tracking) for orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. We recommend that you ship your order to somewhere attended during business hours (i.e. workplace). Otherwise, If you would like your order to be left in a safe place at home without the need for a signature, please specify 'authority to leave' details at checkout, or send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, if authority to leave is granted, Just Health do not accept responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery is made.
When shipping to a business address, please include the business name.
Most orders will ship out within 1-4 business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take slightly longer to process. Items with a longer handling time will be indicated on the item page. You will be contacted should there be any unexpected delays.
Your order will be shipped via standard shipping, unless you select an alternative. Express post is available at an additional cost, and is calculated by weight.
All orders are carefully packed to ensure protection during transit.
Just Health operates out of Melbourne, Victoria. The transit times below are to be used as a guide only and may vary depending on exact location. Please take handling time into consideration when viewing this table.
Just Health offer express post at an additional charge. To check availability and cost of express post please send us an email at email@example.com with a list of your desired items and your shipping address prior to placing your order. Provided your postcode falls within the express parcel network, you can expect delivery within one business day of dispatch. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to check whether their postcode falls within the network. The Australia Post Express Post Guarantee is subject to conditions. eParcel is our main method of shipping with Australia Post and unfortunately eParcel Express parcels are not covered by the Express Post Guarantee. While most parcels are delivered within 1 business day, this is not guaranteed. If we are able to use a prepaid express service (pending size and weight of order), this is covered by the Express Post Guarantee for next business day delivery.
You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after shipment. Before contacting Just Health about the whereabouts of your order, please enter your tracking number into www.auspost.com.au.
We use Australia Post to ship orders up to 22kg. If your order is heavier than 22kg or contains 'pick-up only' items, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of your desired items and your shipping address. We will reply to you with a shipping quote for shipping via courier and further instructions with how to proceed.
Parcels Returned To Sender
If for any reason Australia Post deems a parcel undeliverable (eg an error in your shipping address, failure to collect a parcel from a collection point) a fee will be incurred upon the parcel being returned to us. Unfortunately we are unable to absorb this fee. To have the parcel resent, you will be required to pay for the return fee as well as the new shipping cost. Just Health reserves the right to charge the shipping cost in accordance with Australia Post shipping rates. Should you wish to cancel your returned order, please visit our Returns Policy for more information. In order to avoid any unexpected costs and delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. When shipping to a business address, we recommend that you include the business name in your shipping details.
Is Pick Up Available?

Pick up can be arranged by appointment only. Please place your order as usual and we will contact you via email to organise a time to pick up your order. These orders must be paid prior to pick up.
Shipping During Summer
During warmer months there is an increased chance that items such as chocolate and coconut oil may melt during transit. While we do our best to prevent this from happening, unfortunately we are unable to control transit and storage conditions once orders leave our warehouse. If you are concerned about certain items melting, we recommend choosing express post. Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for items that melt during transit.
Similarly, there are some temperature sensitive items that are recommended to be stored below 30 degrees. In the case of this, we will hold off posting if the weather is particularly warm, and contact you about opting for express post. If this option is declined, we do not take responisibilty for spoiled items.
